Typical dealership just out for your money. I drove 5 hours to buy a used vehicle they had, that was exactly what I had been looking for. I had already given them all required paper work prior, but they hours to buy a used vehicle they had, that was exactly what I had been looking for. I had already given them all required paper work prior, but they still wasted 3 hours of my time before I could get back on road. Vehicle was supposed to be fully serviced when I got there, but upon a brief inspection, I noticed it was missing the spare tire, and one of the back tires was low on air. (After I got it home I realized it was actually leaking) They weren't even able to put air in tire for me. (So much for the "million point" inspection they boast!) After wasting a bunch of my time the dealership was unable to locate anyone who new how to turn their service shop air compressor on. Tom Gills son literally gave me $2.00 and said to go get air at a gas station on my way home. (No I didn't make that up!!!) Only saving grace was my dealer Jessica was as helpful as she could be but her hands were tied do to an entire staff of useless employees. Happy ending though, life goes on, I have a nice truck and Tom Gill made lots of money. More

I came in for an oil change on my Malibu that I purchased 6 years ago, talked with Ryan and expressed that I really wanted a truck, and ended up leaving a few hours later in my dream truck. Both experiences 6 years ago, talked with Ryan and expressed that I really wanted a truck, and ended up leaving a few hours later in my dream truck. Both experiences have been very easy and comfortable and I’ve never felt pressured to make a decision. I’ll choose Tom Gill every time, and Ryan made it easy and assured me I’d get my truck! Update to the review I gave last week. The Equinox I received last week had a problem I could not live with. True to their word Tom Gill Chevrolet took the car back and we found another one similar and received last week had a problem I could not live with. After seven years of remaining loyal to the ‘Tom gill advantage’ I bring my low mileage car into the dealer to get my hard earned ‘free’ tires. I am told the offer expired after six years, while this is advantage’ I bring my low mileage car into the dealer to get my hard earned ‘free’ tires. I am told the offer expired after six years, while this is legally true and the service manger eventually agreed to grant me two free tires as long as I bought two others. Meh. I have modified my review, originally I gave them one star but in light of coming partway toward the right way to reward my loyalty, only after I asked to better their offer of one free tire, they agreed to two. Obviously I did not expect to pay for any of my new tires. More
