It took me a while to gather my words about this
location. So I called because my car was ticking, I went in they returned my car to me but to find out they tried to charge me for an oil change that

So I called because my car was ticking, I went in they returned my car to me but to find out they tried to charge me for an oil change that I never asked for I just wanted them to check my car out and let me know what was needed. They proceed to tell me they gave me an oil change. I explained to the guy at the front desk. I choose not to say his name. I just came in to see what was needed for my car. He told me they gave me an all change. When I got to the desk to check out, the young lady said, I needed to pay for the all change. I said I did not come in for an oil change. She proceeded to go to the hood of my car. Open it up and check my oil. There was no oil in my car, but they wanted to charge me for an oil change. I want to say thank you to the young lady at the front desk. I do not remember her name.She checked my oil and realized there was no oil in my car. If I was to leave the dealership without any oil engine could have cracked. I give the star to the young lady who double checked my car. This is the second car I have gotten from this location but I don't think I will be back to this location for maintense to my car.
