Just picked up my new Sonata from Lithia Hyundai. Traveled 150 miles to get it too because of the great customer service Tony has given from the moment I sent an online inquiry. From Tony who was my sales person, Ryan the sales manager, all the way to both Devin and Bryan in finance, they made my car buying experience 5 star all throughout the entire process. I never met Trisha stone. I enjoy their Service Department. Upon purchase, the sales rep's behavior was very unsatisfactory. Unprofessional, and only concerned with her next sale. It does not appear that she is with no longer with Reno Lithia. My husband made the comment, that "Never Again", this would be the last car he ever purchased. It was (I do not blame her), but he passed away in October. I am sad that this was his last experience. Tony Roach however, was responsive and continued to assist. More
