Service personnel excellent; sales leaves a lot to be desire The principal reason I continue to visit this dealership is the outstanding service that Torrey Tammaro provides, on a continuing basis. I own four The principal reason I continue to visit this dealership is the outstanding service that Torrey Tammaro provides, on a continuing basis. I own four Mercedes-Benz automobiles three of which are garaged, at my home, here in Florida. I was initially concerned about bringing three of the cars to Florida because a Mercedes dealership was not close to my home. Then the Bonita Springs facility was built and from my very first visit to the dealership when I meet Torrey I have enjoyed outstanding service from Torrey and his service associates. However, I cannot say a single complimentary word about the sales department. I have suggested to three of my friends that they visit the dealership and each has reported a disappointing experience. TRULY EXCEPTIONAL! JOSH DUNKELBERGER WAS TRULY EXCEPTIONAL. He went out of his way multiple times-you could not ask for not ask for anything or anyone better. H e was JOSH DUNKELBERGER WAS TRULY EXCEPTIONAL. He went out of his way multiple times-you could not ask for not ask for anything or anyone better. H e was fair and reasonable in the deal we made, plus he is one of the nicest people I have ever dealt with in buying a new car. Stephen Geller Jr spent a whole day going over the bells and whistles of our new S450 4matic. His patience and concern for my learning everything was more than impressive. I am going in for another lesson tomorrow. David Mesa did all our paperwork in record time. No detail was too small, including personally calling the DMV to clarify a point, for him to handle. Torrey Tammaro in service ( I took my 2015 White Arrow SL550 in to be serviced when I picked up the new car) could not have been more personable, more caring, or more knowledgeable. he always returned my phone calls and was on top of everything. ALL in all, a great and TRULY EXCEPTIONAL team. More

Went Above and Beyond I purchased a CLA250 from another dealership as a CPO vehicle as a surprise Christmas gift for my Fiancé before leaving town for the holiday. After p I purchased a CLA250 from another dealership as a CPO vehicle as a surprise Christmas gift for my Fiancé before leaving town for the holiday. After purchase it was apparent that the vehicle was in fact NOT checked and of CPO quality, had a laundry list of items bad with the vehicle, however I was already out of town and the vehicle was not purchased locally. I contacted MB of Bonita Springs and Torrey who had worked on my e63 and informed him of the issues with the vehicle I had just purchased. Torrey went above and beyond the call of duty, went to my house while I was out of town, retrieved the vehicle, performed all the needed fixes on the vehicle AND returned it to my garage with bow on it for my return and surprise from our trip. Despite not having purchased the vehicle from MB of Bonita, Torrey and the staff did everything they needed to do to get the car fixed in time for our return, communicated with me via email over seas and got it back in time for the big reveal. I can't thank you all enough. More

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD ABOUT CAR SALESMAN FRANK DELUCA, HE DOESN'T JUST SELL CARS, HE REALLY CARES ABOUT HIS CLIENTS AND CUSTOMERS! I had the best I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD ABOUT CAR SALESMAN FRANK DELUCA, HE DOESN'T JUST SELL CARS, HE REALLY CARES ABOUT HIS CLIENTS AND CUSTOMERS! I had the best NO PRESSURE car buying experience I have ever had, ~and The BEST part is, if you have questions AFTER you BUY your car from Frank, he doesn't just ignore you once sale is finalized and trust me, (I have had that at other dealers!).... BUT NOT WITH FRANK DELUCA!!! If he doesn't pick up his phone because he busy selling more cars, he calls you right back!!! Every part of buying my car from start to finish could not of been more pleasant and I am extremely happy with my new 2018 CLA. He goes out of his way to make sure you get the best car suited for you and he really takes an interest in how you will be using your car, and running two teens around I needed good gas mileage! He helped me make a great decision! Frank DeLuca delivered more than I could have hoped for with all his knowledge . I feel like I have a new friend now and he definitely has a lifetime customer! I wouldn't buy another car from anyone else! He is personality PLUS too! He always makes me feel so welcome and never a bother if I have a question! You can NOT go wrong if you buy a car from Frank DeLuca. I think you will become a lifetime customer too! He is the BEST! Torrey in Service is super kind too! An exclamation came light came on... and he patiently showed me I just didn't tighten my gas cap enough! Torrey always has a smile too! I actually like to stop in and get my tire pressure checked and things just to get to see Frank and Torrey in Service! Torrey also showed me in the back where to buy rubber mats that can collect sand and they even have the Mercedes Insignia! I LOVE them! More
