Steve was gracious and when approaching us he stayed back a considerable distance and said hello and that he did not want to interrupt us but he was available for questions if we had any. Never pushy or aggressive in any manner. Then when speaking with us he did the most incredible thing any salesperson could do; he listened. When it came time to get the deal together, we had noticed a reduced price on what we thought was the unit we were looking at and it was a mistake and for another unit. He and the dealership hornored the price anyway when they didn't have too. This was above and beyond. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and very genuine in their customer service. They even got us the percentage rate that we wanted after "insisting" that we get the rate with OUR lender after there was an increase mistake. They didn't have to go that extra mile yet they did. Traci Roberts also was awesome to work with By far the best car buying experience that we have had in years. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Steve Norris. Thanks so much! More

Great Place, Friendly Staff I had spent that couple weeks looking for a used car when I found one I liked here. It's a 30 min drive to get to the dealership, however Kevin was ha I had spent that couple weeks looking for a used car when I found one I liked here. It's a 30 min drive to get to the dealership, however Kevin was happy to stay even though he was scheduled to get off 15 min after I got there. Kevin worked with me and made sure I was getting what I wanted and that I had the best financing; without making me feel pressured mind you. And I'm one to just walk out if I feel pressured to buy something. Traci was able to get me a significantly better rate then my own bank, and also made all the paperwork and processing easy. She explained everything to me, and was able to tailor the add-ins for me, so I wasn't getting something I didn't need or want. More

As stated by his co-workers, he is the tech-savvy saleman! He gives 110% and continues to offer his free time to help in understanding and using the technology. Just returned from a 3 day roadtrip.
