After going through 3 cars in 3 months from 3 dealerships, thousands of dollars lost, and seriously bad and unethical service, I’m so glad I came to T After going through 3 cars in 3 months from 3 dealerships, thousands of dollars lost, and seriously bad and unethical service, I’m so glad I came to Tucson Subaru where I dealt with Robert in sales and Traci & Curt in finance. I’m not going to go into the whole nightmare of an experience I went through at Larry H Miller and Chapman Honda, but I will say that I got screwed over and lost over $10,000 in down payments and trade in “value” and then ended up with no car whatsoever. I was desperate for a reliable car and had been doing research. I’ve always owned a Toyota, honda, or Nissan brand of car. However, when I came on the lot at Tucson Subaru to look at a Honda that ended up being sold, a Chevy caught my eye. Robert helped me make a wise decision for myself by showing me the consumer reports on the Chevy Sonic LT, worked with me on the price as much as possible, and didn’t pressure me to make any decisions right after test driving it like they do at other dealerships. It felt very natural and organic and like I was empowered to choose what was best for me. Overall, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Tucson Subaru made purchasing a car feel easy and fun. In fact, now, less than a week later, I’m helping a friend look for a used car and I’m definitely recommending Tucson Subaru first.
