Hi my name is Traci Roberts and I have been a finance manager for 24 years in the car business. My goal is to help people with their new car purchase and make the paperwork process fun and less stressful for everyone involved. Here at Subaru it is my job to help customers make the best choices of financing options and protection packages to fit your needs and desires. I am a football fan. My team is the Las Vegas Raiders.....don't hold that against me.....lol I have a black cat named RJ that I rescued form PACC 9/18, 2 grey cats named Tom and Jerry that are brothers, they were born 3/17/19 and a ferret named Ted. We hadn't bought a new car since 2017, then we walked into Tucson Subaru last September met Joe and bought a new Crosstrek. Returned 3 weeks ago to have it serviced and ended up driving home with a 2022 into Tucson Subaru last September met Joe and bought a new Crosstrek. Returned 3 weeks ago to have it serviced and ended up driving home with a 2022 Chevy Colorado which was not part of the plan. So... two cars within 6 months, Joe had a lot to do with that, he made it for us. Sincerely, Mike & Justine Miller More

Debbie Bravo came high recommed to us by our family. Debbie Bravo was great, she knew the vehicles, she listened to us and she didn't pressure us at all. I would highly recommend Debbie!! We felt very welcome from the minute he reached your front door. Someone was always outside greeting guests and ensuring you were directed appropriately. It was surprising how many non-Subaru dealersh front door. Someone was always outside greeting guests and ensuring you were directed appropriately. It was surprising how many non-Subaru dealerships we went to where this was not the case. Patty was the icing on the cake. Every salesperson at each dealership we visited during our exploratory phase was compared to her. They all fell short. And so did the vehicles. We found Patty to be warm and patient while being direct and professional. She knew the features and benefits of the vehicles, she communicated regularly (we never had to chase down info), her explanations and direction was easy to understand, and she was able to get us into the vehicle we needed (wanted). The art of customer service is on the down-swing in nearly every industry. That fact makes Patty so invaluable. This is our first Subaru and it was a terrific experience. More
