Mike Habib was possibly the friendliest and most courteous person I have ever met, let alone the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He made me feel like family and I know, that may sound over the courteous person I have ever met, let alone the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He went above and beyond to keep me updated on the status of my special order vehicle and when it was to arrive. Once it arrived, the outstanding service continued. Recently my wife and I purchased a 2024 Ascent and traded in a 2021 Outback. The entire purchasing process was exemplary, starting with our salesman Mike Habib. Mike made us feel at home and had answers at in a 2021 Outback. The entire purchasing process was exemplary, starting with our salesman Mike Habib. Mike made us feel at home and had answers at every turn. Mike introduced us to Curt who assisted with pre-signature discussions and he was friendly, welcoming and put us at ease. Traci Robert’s handled the paperwork and we were all fast friends, paperwork was a breeze. We came back after purchase for protectant application and Mike caught us and we had a great conversation. We also met Darla Muckley who is the Subaru wiz and taught us lots of tips and tricks. My wife and I have had nothing but high praises for any team member that has ever assisted us, Thank you for being a business that has the guts to put customer service first. We hadn't bought a new car since 2017, then we walked into Tucson Subaru last September met Joe and bought a new Crosstrek. Returned 3 weeks ago to have it serviced and ended up driving home with a 2022 into Tucson Subaru last September met Joe and bought a new Crosstrek. Returned 3 weeks ago to have it serviced and ended up driving home with a 2022 Chevy Colorado which was not part of the plan.
