New Forester Touring We narrowed the vehicle type down to a Forester. We mentioned we had Costco membership and from there it was all very easy. We were informed of the We narrowed the vehicle type down to a Forester. We mentioned we had Costco membership and from there it was all very easy. We were informed of the different Foresters and options. Took one for a spin and was sold. Every question was answered with a smile and a demonstration of how things worked. I put an order in and Sean kept me informed on a regular basis of the vehicle status. He even provided a surprise Christmas present; the vehicle was delivered a week early. Sean's video updates make things very personal instead of just an email. I was hesitant at first of going back to Subaru after a poor experience 20 years ago, but it is a whole new car. It is fantastic and would recommend it to anyone interested in a solid vehicle. More

Not once did I feel pressured to make a car decision until I was ready but he made sure I knew he was available for questions and test drives any time. More

Also when we thought we had the car we wanted at the last minute we switched to an upgraded model and the dealership didnt have a fit about that even tho we had printed up all the paperwork on the first outback we chose. Many other dealerships we've been too love to play the "I have to ask my manager" game and do a shell game with any financing. Tucson Subaru didn't play dirty like that. We knew the price before we even set foot in the place and compared it to two other companies that use "truecar" software. The dealer came out lower then those plans. More

I was looking for a hatchback with a manual transmission but was not the best nor comfortable with driving a manual and Jennifer took the time to work with me through re-learning how to drive stick. Stoked to take my used Honda Fit off the lot! More

Need for transition to new sales agent should have been explained by a sales manager and not thrust upon the new salesperson (Jennifer), though she handled it well. More
