Friendly, Easy Experience Steve Norris greeted me as I arrived. He was soft spoken, and knowledgeable, allowing me to tell him what I was interested in, then providing recommen Steve Norris greeted me as I arrived. He was soft spoken, and knowledgeable, allowing me to tell him what I was interested in, then providing recommendations. When it became apparent that the vehicle I wanted was not in their inventory, he recommended ordering one with the features I wanted. Steve never tried to convince me to buy something I didn't want and wasted no time finding me the right fit. There was an 8 week wait to build the vehicle in Japan and ship to the US. Steve maintained weekly communications with me, providing updates and checking in. Subaru beat their projected delivery, having the Forester ready within 7 weeks. I was immediately satisfied with waiting for the right car, which Steve continually supported. There were no tricks with financing the vehicle, and no hidden fees. I strongly recommend anyone to use this dealership, and ask for Steve Norris! More

He stayed late one evening to help me hold the vehicle as I discovered someone else was interested in it. Great guy. I told my husband he should go through him for his next vehicle. The only reason I gave it 4 stars over 5 is because the person I worked with in finance was friendly but pushy. I said I didn't want the alarm or warranty and she wouldn't take no for an answer. Now I have both and wonder if I really needed them. Over all an excellent experience, and I really love my new car!!!!!!!! Absolutely no buyers remorse there!!!!!! More
