I was so pleasantly surprised when I started working with Chris Smith. I had initiated contact via the web, expressing an interest in looking at new/newer Subarus. On my first visit I looked around the lot, and I told Chris that I'd be back. On my return visit, I found my perfect, used 2011 Forester dream car! Chris made the purchasing process very easy, as did Traci Roberts, who handled the finance. I would recommend working with both of these professional and personable folks. Epic. We brought our 2012 Impreza in for routine maintenance @ 30k miles and fell in LOVE with the Crosstrek that was sitting out on display. The main selli We brought our 2012 Impreza in for routine maintenance @ 30k miles and fell in LOVE with the Crosstrek that was sitting out on display. The main selling point for us was the higher clearance of the vehicle; however, there are plenty of nice upgrades that come with the standard edition that was all icing on the already delicious cake. This dealership offered a great trade-in value for our Impreza (that we loved!) - so great that we went ahead with the exchange! Buying a new car was not even on our list of things we needed to do, but the awesome upgrades of the car itself combined with the EXCELLENT customer service we received from this dealership made this a purchase we had to make. We conversed mostly with Ken Murch, who was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. All those fears people generally have with dealerships disappeared when speaking to him. He really took care of us, and we really appreciate it! Thanks to this EPIC dealership, they have Subaru customers for life! Thank you again for the amazing experience. More

Excellent service After my old car suddenly broke down, I decided to check out Subaru after hearing my mom raving about how excellent they were after purchasing her Cro After my old car suddenly broke down, I decided to check out Subaru after hearing my mom raving about how excellent they were after purchasing her Crosstrek about a year and a half ago. We saw Bob Wilson and he was absolutely wonderful. As a first time car buyer, I was extremely anxious and nervous to put so much money into anything but he made me feel comfortable during the whole process. Not once did he pressure me into purchasing a car or looking at anything out of my price range. Bob was kind, caring, and definitely listened and I couldn't be happier with my new Impreza. We also met with Kevin Gribble who was very nice and helpful when it came to signing paperwork, going over the warranty, and sending me off in my new car. I also definitely can't forget to mention Traci Roberts who was excellent at communicating and explaining to me all the paperwork I was signing. She knew I was overwhelmed and was patient, friendly, and extremely helpful in communicating everything in the process. My experience at Subaru was absolutely wonderful and I love my new car!
