It was completely across town and would be extremely inconvenient. I bought a RAV4. A few days after it was announced that Tucson Subaru was building a dealership adjacent to the "Auto Mall". I found myself looking for a new car to replace the RAV4 S few weeks ago someone hit and "totaled" my RAV4 and I went to see what was available at Tucson Subaru. I was greeted by Bob Wilson, and he gave me an overview of what was available. I told him some history of my having bought a new car every two years or so. I had Subarus when they first were sold in US. They were very small but capable and reliable vehicles. I had no problems but simply needed larger vehicles. That was many more years ago than I care to admit to. There was a standard shift Forester available and the trimmings were pretty much what I wanted. He told me that the gas mileage is better with an automatic and we took one for a test drive. I was impressed with the interior space, quick response and more than adequate power. He answered every question and had all the right answers. I was impressed when he said he had been selling Subarus for nearly 25 years. We checked and found one that was my color choice, but a bit more than I budgeted---. but buy-able. Price was going to be a consideration, so we haggled. He didn't have to sell me on the car. It all worked out well and the next day I picked up my new Forester. So far so good. I always loved the smell of a new car. More

We talked over the next couple of days regarding my budget and what I wanted. Long story short, he was super helpful and I didn't feel pushed. I got a vehicle in my price range, with everything I needed, and got a steal of a deal from start to finish. He went the extra mile on this one. I'm super happy with my purchase. With how long these cars last, I won't be back. But I'll be sending my friends and family. Thank you so much for everything Trent, Traci, CJ, and Tucson Subaru! More

He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and provided us with all the information we needed to help with our buying experience. It was so enjoyable.....no pressure. He went above and beyond by meeting us the next day (his day off) to complete our transaction. The whole friendly atmosphere at Tucson Subaru, made our buying experience a pleasure. This also extended to the Financial Department and our experience with Traci Roberts. We actually enjoyed the experience. Usually, the Finance Department is our most dreaded part of the car buying experience because it's always high pressure to buy all the add on warranties etc. Not so with Traci Roberts. She took her time and explained all of the options available and even calculated out the differences for us and did not make us feel pressured. Totally loved our buying experience. What's more, I love the Subaru Crosstrek. The more I drive it, the more I enjoy!!! The only negative was the appraisal of our trade in. They gave us a low ball price that forced us to take our Carmax where we received above Kelly Blue book value for the car. More

After doing some research on my own, I decided the Subaru Impreza was exactly what I was looking for. Tucson Suabaru had this CPO 2015 Impreza priced completely fairly, I didn't have to haggle to get a good price. The whole experience with Kevin and Traci was a breeze, both were incredibly friendly, helpful and gave good advice. Kevin even helped me find a good deal on an insurance policy so I could get out the door. Financing was a breeze and at a better rate than anywhere I was pre-approved. The coffee is pretty darn good too. 10/10 would shop again. More
