TUCSON SUBARU - ONE SATISFIED CUSTOMER I STARTED MY CAR SEARCH BY DOING MY RESEARCH THROUGH CONSUMER REPORTS. I WAS LOOKING FOR A MORE ECONOMICAL SOLUTION FOR MY CURRENT LUXURY INFINIT I STARTED MY CAR SEARCH BY DOING MY RESEARCH THROUGH CONSUMER REPORTS. I WAS LOOKING FOR A MORE ECONOMICAL SOLUTION FOR MY CURRENT LUXURY INFINITY FX35 SUV. I NARROWED MY SEARCH DOWN TO 4 THAT I FELT BEST FIT MY NEEDS AND WERE TOP RUNNERS IN THE CONSUMER REPORTS STUDIES. I DROVE EACH CAR I WAS CONSIDERING AND WEIGHED MY OPTIONS CAREFULLY. THE CARS I TESTED INCLUDED THE TOYOTA PRIUSV HYBRID, MAZDA CX-5, SUBURU CROSSTREK HYBRID AND THE SUBARU FORESTER. MY FINAL CHOICE WAS THE 2015 SUBURU FORESTER 2.5i LIMITED MODEL. I LOVE THIS CAR! NOT ONLY DOES IT HAVE ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES I WANTED INCLUDING LEATHER SEATS, POWER DRIVER SEAT, NAVIGATION, POWER REAR DOOR, MOON ROOF, BUT IT HAS THE NEW EYESIGHT DRIVER ASSIST SYSTEM WHICH BRINGS SAFETY TO A NEW LEVEL. I FEEL SAFE IN THIS CAR! I LOVE THE WAY IT DRIVES AND THE VISIBILITY IS FAR BETTER THAN ANY CAR I'VE EVER DRIVEN. I WAS WORRIED GOING FROM LUXURY TO A MORE ECONOMICAL CAR WOULD BE DIFFICULT FOR ME, BUT I AM GETTING MUCH MORE FOR MY MONEY AND AM COMPLETELY SATISFIED. THIS CAR HAS JUST AS MUCH LUXURY FOR ABOUT $10,000 LESS THAN I WOULD HAVE PAID FOR A NEW INFINITY. EVEN THOUGH I HAD DECIDED ON THE FORESTER, I WAS WILLING TO WALK IF I DIDN'T FEEL SATISFIED WITH THE FINAL DEAL. I HAD SEVERAL OTHER OPTIONS THAT I WAS CONSIDERING, BUT I REALLY WANTED TO MAKE THE FORESTER WORK. AFTER A COUPLE OF ROUNDS OF NEGOTIATION I GOT THE DEAL I WANTED AND AM A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER. I GOT A FAIR TRADE IN VALUE FOR MY INFINITY AND THEY DISCOUNTED THE PRICE OF THE CAR ENOUGH TO HIT MY GOAL FOR FINANCING. EVERYONE I WORKED WITH AT TUCSON SUBARU WAS PROFESSIONAL, RESPECTFUL, AND WORKED HARD TO GIVE ME THE DEAL I WANTED. IT TRULY WAS AN EASY AND FAST EXPERIENCE. MY SALES PERSON - KEVIN WOESSNER WAS THE BEST. I LOVED HIS NO PRESSURE, GOOD LISTINER APPROACH AND HE REALLY HELPED ME UNDERSTAND WHAT I WAS GETTING AND HOW IT COMPARED TO OTHER MODELS I WAS CONSIDERING. I WANT TO POINT OUT HE DIDN'T JUST TALK THE DIFFERENCES HE SHOWED ME THE DIFFERENCES BY GOING ONLINE AND PROVING HIS POINTS. I TRUSTED HIM FROM THE BEGINNING AND HE IS PART OF THE REASON I FINALLY WENT WITH TUCSON SUBARU. MY EXPERIENCE WITH TRACI IN FINANCE WAS GREAT AS WELL, SHE HELPED ME COME TO SOME GOOD DECISIONS ON EXTRA WARRANTY AND PROTECTION OPTIONS BY WORKING WITH ME TO UNDERSTAND MY PAST CAR HISTORY AND WHAT MADE THE MOST SENSE FOR ME. Trent worked with me to find a vehicle that suited my needs and that was with in my budget. He even reduced the price of the vehicle to make the deal happen. Trent has good communication and people skills. He picked me up from the airport in the vehicle that I was going to purchase so I can see the vehicle in person and test drive it. All of the purchase agreement paperwork was ready. Traci walked me through the signature process, explained all of the documents to my satisfaction, and provided me with the necessary copies. Trent had the vehicle detailed and provided me with a full tank of complimentary gas for my four (4) road trip back home. I cannot say enough positive things about Trent and the Tucson Subaru family. Our Third Subaru - Best Experience So Far Our first Subaru was purchased in Pittsburgh, PA, (2005) our second in Tucson through Emich (2008) and our third yesterday at Tucson Subaru. All in all, Alan Ferlan, with the negotiating guidance of John Petersavage, made this last experience the most satisfying of all. Even though it took us basically the entire day to ask our endless barrage of questions and decide between Wonderful Outback A and Wonderful Outback B, Alan was consistently patient, upbeat and knowledgeable. We are pleased with the price of our new vehicle and feel as though the Tucson Subaru team will be available to answer and questions and address any needs that may arise. In addition, Traci Roberts was superb in her financial explanations and suggestions as we applied for our loan. Honestly, everyone we came in contact with was just terrific. Thank you! Knowing I only had a few days to shop, I was anxious & a bit nervous about what would transpire. I was able to book an appt. with Trent, the salesman the day before I arrived at the dealership. As soon as I arrived, Trent put my nerves at ease. He clearly explained the process & made every step easy for me. He was helpful in answering any questions I had. I also found Traci, the Finance Mgr. to be very helpful. She was friendly & helped me through the financial process. I had no previous experience with Suburu, and I was wowed by the straightforward approach to selling exhibited by this dealership. I've walked out of a lot of dealerships without buying because nobody would by the straightforward approach to selling exhibited by this dealership. I've walked out of a lot of dealerships without buying because nobody would give me a list price on a specific car. Curt was so easy to work with, and we found the car I bought within just a few minutes of my arrival. He explained all the terms to me clearly and took my deposit, with the understanding that I'd return for the final paperwork and pick up the car after I'd had money transferred into my checking account. The whole transaction took only a little over an hour. When I returned yesterday to pick up and car, Traci walked me through all the paperwork efficiently and explained everything clearly. She answered my questions, and when we were finished, she turned me back over to Curt, who gave me a quick review of all the buttons and features, programmed my gate opener into the car for me, and sent me on my way with a bouquet of roses. I remain amazed at how little time the whole process took and how skilled and efficient both Curt and Traci are--two employees who leave a buyer with the certainty that Suburu is an agency that will offer the kind of reliability and treatment that any buyer hopes for. I'm certain that I'll have just as good an experience with the service department in the years to come. I'm delighted! I didn't answer question #2, as that appears to apply to the service department.
