My first Subaru experience CJ and Traci made the whole experience a pleasure. My son was selling his car and I had to convince him to trade it in as part of our package instead CJ and Traci made the whole experience a pleasure. I had a difficult time deciding between the Outback and Forester as I liked both. CJ was happy to go over the features of each of them several times and did multiple test drives with me. We were undecided about any car when we arrived, he showed us what they offer, and we never felt pressured or like we were being taken advantage of. After we purchased the car, Joe took a great deal of time to show us how to use all the new features, a nice surprise since the sale was already closed. Traci was wonderful in finance, explaining everything thoroughly and offered several options. We have already recommended Joe to some friends. Thank you Tucson Subaru for employing such great people! Above and Beyond the Norm First, I'd like to say that Tucson Subaru provided the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. The friendly staff, their demeanor, and their overall mission to take care of the customer speaks highly of this organization. I was never pushed or coerced into making a decision and I received all the answers to my questions. Back story: I was preparing for my military deployment and wanted to look at a few cars before I left with the thought of buying one upon my return. First I was shunned at the BMW dealership and I couldn't have been more of a waste of time in their opinion. The salesman didn't even give me his card. I found my way over to Tucson Subaru to look at the Impreza STi so I could find my back to the Subaru family. No STi in stock. It was that point, after hearing my situation, when the GM let me personally drive his Brand New Launch Edition STi, knowing I wasn't going to buy for upwards of a year. I was floored. Customer service means a lot in my book and I truly felt, not only appreciated, but valued as a customer. I told the GM I would be back, and I kept that promise because of the hospitality him and his staff provided. With all the help from John P., Joe M., and Traci, I would like to say Thank You and I truly appreciate the stand up people you really are. It has the best safety reviews and consumer reviews. And Tucson Subaru had really good reviews as well. From the minute we got out of our car and started walking up to the entrance, we were greeted by very friendly representatives who asked is we had an appointment and if so with whom. We were immediately directed to the Receptionist and introduced. The receptionist paged the representative we were there to meet with. From a previous phone conversation with him, he told me if he was busy he would make sure that his partner would assist us. He was busy with other customers so we were assisted by is partner, Rudy. Initially, we went in with the intent of buying a used Subaru Forester because we thought that would be most affordable for us (within our price range). However, after further discussions with Rudy, we decided to take him up on the lease option. This would put us into a NEW vehicle WITHIN OUR PRICE RANGE!!!! He was not pushy and was very professional. We had a previous engagement to get to, so Rudy ensured we had all the appropriate paperwork completed. Upon return the next morning, Rudy spent ample time with me going over the vehicle. I then met with Traci in the Finance Department and was once again, treated well. She went over all the aspects of the leasing process & options. This was the best, pressure free car buying experience ever! I love my new Subaru Forester and would highly recommend Tucson Subaru and Rudy Burneo!! More
