I felt that the team I worked with were very knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole buying experience stress-free. I was shown two vehicles that I was interested in, with one being set up i knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole buying experience stress-free. I was shown two vehicles that I was interested in, with one being set up in the new staging showroom. This was great as it was raining at the time. After comparing the two vehicles, looking at features, sitting in the cars, we took the Palisade for a test drive. Tracy talked me through features and kept the conversation going in a relaxed manner. Upon returning to the dealership we discussed if I was indeed interested in trading. We then went through the entire process of planning the financial aspects of the financing. Overall, O felt like they listened to my needs and requirements and set up a plan. Once everything was set up, the final steps were taken care of in a timely manner. I returned to Southern Team for this purchase because of the great experience I had with them almost 5 years ago. I love the new dealership and showroom. The staff was great to work with! More
