Terrible service from Travis and Xavier! Brought my car in for brake malfunction display, and was charged 949.00 claiming it was due to rotors among service ok since I was due for one soon, Brought my car in for brake malfunction display, and was charged 949.00 claiming it was due to rotors among service ok since I was due for one soon, was given car back right before they close with same display after I started driving home went next morning and now charged 800.00 more claiming it was connectors afterall 🤦🏼♀️. So disppointed for a lease car. Initially had no car for 4 days then finally given an loaner which they badged me to return and threatening storage fees. More

It was my first time there and my experience was horrible. I had a 1pm appt and a arrived at 12:30. I left at 3:20pm and My car was never attended too and no one came out to update me on the situati horrible. I had a 1pm appt and a arrived at 12:30. I made a call to complain and was told the techs stop at 3:30pm and the shop closes off at 4pm. Horrible experience, would never go back there.! More

When the car was returned to me, 2 of the 3 warnings were still there on the dashboard. I had to go to work, could not stay there for another 2 1/2 hrs. Same bad experience the last time that I was there. Pl still there on the dashboard. I had to go to work, could not stay there for another 2 1/2 hrs.
