Service Came to service center for oil change and lube and to have a slight shimmy in the steering checked out without an appointment. Was able to get in right away for lube service and afterwards they got my vehicle in and test drove it to find problem was in the fact that wheels were out of balance. They fixed and the problem was gone. I have always been very satisfied with Gates Service and Sales personel. More

Prior to going to the dealership, I had spoken with Scott and Trent regarding a specific vehicle that I was interested in purchasing. As soon as we entered the dealership, we were greeted by Trent. He showed me the vehicle that we had discussed and also introduced me to Scott. I then met with Landon and finished up the paperwork. Trent then spent quite a bit of time with me, showing me the many features of my new vehicle. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Gates Toyota. More

Fast and easy Gates has really streamlined the car buying experience. They had to find the car I wanted and it only took one day and it was delivered from another d Gates has really streamlined the car buying experience. They had to find the car I wanted and it only took one day and it was delivered from another dealer. Then the paperwork only took less than 20 min.
