I never felt pressured or rushed and now I own the Vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. After a challenging search for my new Bronco, it was a pleasure to find Cook County Ford. Kyle was excellent answering all my questions thru email. Once I arrived at the dealership, Brandon was great and took the time to explain what I needed to know. I have a feeling that he could really get into the details of car features if one wanted, but I just wanted the highlights and that is what he delivered. Trevor made the paperwork process very transparent and there were no hidden fees or surprises. After the sale was complete, we drove off the lot 100% confident in our purchase.
