I got suckered into a extended warranty type of plan. The man who sold it to me did not know what the certifacation acronym stood for. That fact was not impressive considering the warranty-ish plan conta The man who sold it to me did not know what the certifacation acronym stood for. That fact was not impressive considering the warranty-ish plan contains my roadside assistance and some repairs. However, the initial salesperson was nice and left a good impression. Unfortunately, they did not fix the dangling rear dealership plate, they never texted the key service where I could get a copy made, and the fluid light came on the next day. P.S. Thank goodness I reminded them to put the 2 gallons or so of gas in. Thank you. More
