It was the worst experience I have had when buying a car. I was mugged and tricked. They gave a price and they raised it without letting me know. We had a wonderful car buying experience. I inquired online about a certified pre-owned vehicle and within hours, I was contacted by Rob Payne and an appointment was set up. I was impressed by the patience of our salesperson Mike Jones when I changed my mind and decided instead on a new vehicle. He responded to my texts immediately and never grew weary in me going back and forth in making my decision. I felt he gave me his complete attention throughout the process and was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles. Terence Williams and Trevor Werner were also very instrumental in our car buying process. I can 100% say that this was the best experience that we have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. More
