New Honda Pilot EX-L Fantastic Experience William, our salesman was great, not pushy, very knowledgeable and I highly recommend him. Debra Parks was my first contact, and I am very grateful th William, our salesman was great, not pushy, very knowledgeable and I highly recommend him. Debra Parks was my first contact, and I am very grateful that she answered the phone when I called. She worked out a lot of the preliminary details on my new Pilot. Even held the stock number until we could get out there the next day. Everyone we worked with, including Trevor in Finance, Billy in management, and Donnie in Service were awesome too, they cared about us, and made us feel like they really wanted to help us. I, Leenie, sold Honda's for the Shaffer's for 7 years, and ten years for another Honda dealership, So I know how the business works. They are as professional now as they were when I was in the field, as I would have expected them to be. I loved working with them all.
