Crews has always been a pleasure to deal with I found the sales staff (Trey and Jeremy) and Pam in finance very easy to work with. I especially needed to take my time and needed space to make my c I found the sales staff (Trey and Jeremy) and Pam in finance very easy to work with. I especially needed to take my time and needed space to make my car buying decision which is why I returned to this dealership after buying a Saturn there in 2008. I felt that they offered me a fair price the first time and didn't need to haggle. Trey and Jeremy made me feel comfortable throughout the buying process and I really felt good about my purchase. I am completely satisfied with my car buying experience at Crews. More

I had very little time, and he accommodated me with quick negotiating and getting me out of there within an hour. The Sales Manager Josh handled the Financing, and he was straightforward and efficient as well. They delivered the car to me the next day and thoroughly explained all the features. This Outback Limited is quite the Ninja compared to my 9 year old basic car, but tech-challenged me is finding my way around easily; the technology is quite intuitive. I absolutely love this car. Discovering more features every time I drive it! More

Excellent experience Overall, my experience at Crews Subaru was excellent. They were attentive, friendly, and thorough. Trey, the sales rep we worked with, was patient and Overall, my experience at Crews Subaru was excellent. They were attentive, friendly, and thorough. Trey, the sales rep we worked with, was patient and super helpful working with Josh to get our payments where we needed them to be. The only negative was the fact that before coming in i called to specifically ask whether they had the ability to coordinate my lease turn in with Hyundai. That was very important for me to know as my husband and I were simultaneously juggling the purchase of a new home/mortgage so time is at a premium. The sales rep I spoke with on the phone (not Trey!) told me unequivocally that yes that could and would do this. I never said anything about trading the hyundai in, rather very specifically discussed my lease end situation. It wasn't until I was signing my new lease paperwork that I learned they could not coordinate with Hyundai. Fortunately Pam and Trey made things right but others be forewarned...only the lessee can turn in the leased vehicle. Thanks to all at Crews subaru though...I LOVE my new Forrester and will probably be a customer for life despite that small hiccup. More
