Sara made the process quick and smooth with the Manager Veronica stepping in to finalize so that it's a win-win situation. On the day of delivery the car was ready as promised and with all accessories that were promised. However, only glitch is about the splash/mud guards were not there which were mentioned by the manager Veronica as should be on the car already when finalizing the deal. Now, to get them the only option is to pay from my pocket and get them installed. Should have been provided as promised and stated. Except that everything else was smooth, comfortable and to our liking. More
