I hate to leave bad reviews because i realize we all make mistakes. I contacted dealership to address my concern with the purchasing of my 2020 Honda CRV for clarification but never heard a response. Therefo mistakes. I contacted dealership to address my concern with the purchasing of my 2020 Honda CRV for clarification but never heard a response. Therefor, I am going to leave this review to inform future buyers. When going through the numbers for purchasing my Honda CRV there was an additional fee for $390 listed as the platinum protection package. I told car salesman I wasn’t going to pay for it because I didnt ask for it on the vehicle. The sales person Jason responded by saying “well it’s already on there and I can’t take it off.” I got up to walk out of the dealership and then the sales team took off the additional fee. The kicker is that on their website for all used cars the platinum protection coverage is listed as free! I took a screenshot of it and sent it to the dealership. Three weeks later and i have yet to hear a response. More
