Troy the sales manager was incredible in helping us obtain a 2022 Mitsubishi outlander sport LE AWC in Sunshine Orange with black wheels. Could not have done the deal without his guidence & support. Eddie, the finance manager, was the best too, He gave us warm & fuzzy reception, and like Anthony & Troy was upfront and disclosed everything in simply terms. We left his office with the best deal we ever had purchasing a new car. Thanks again guys! More

Employees were very friendly and seemingly helpful but in my opinion a little loose and misleading. I said more than once I didn't want any extra warranties or services but he didn't listen to me and went th my opinion a little loose and misleading. I said more than once I didn't want any extra warranties or services but he didn't listen to me and went thru different plans then got down to $19 a month with all coverages in part. Said he would extend time on some and would throw in a lifetime oil change and tire rotation. Said he could do that because they made money back on warranties. I signed the papers just to get done. Then when I later saw I was charged full price on every plan I went to cancel them. Wasn't allowed to see the lady that did that work after she told me to come by and see her. Practically a month later they hadn't been cancelled. Danny got on the phone and told me he would get it done and he did to a point. They agreed to cancel a maintenance contract but hadn't done it until my last visit to the dealership and I have nothing to show me it was cancelled except their word which didn't hold water very well. Danny also told a fellow I said that man lied when I saw him pull the cancellation form from a desk drawer that he said he gave to accounting right away. That fellow came out the door hollering at me and I tried to get him to calm down and talk but he just kept ranting for a while. Both sides are at fault. I finally signed for $19 a month when I shouldn't have and they are at fault for being misleading and a bit less than honest. That is the way car dealerships do business and I will say this. Buyer Beware. More

MJ and the rest of the staff here was awesome! They really worked with me and got me the best deal possible given my credit history and finances. Russell was extremely knowledgeable around the vehicles, their features, the car buying process, all of it. We even went an hour out of our way to visit this dealership and I'll for sure be back for my next car as well. 10/10 on everything but especially service.
