Best Experience Ever I am from Nashville, and unfortunately, my transmission went out on my old vehicle when I was driving through Chattanooga on my way home. I had to stay in Chattanooga overnight and needed to search for a new vehicle. I was referred to Cleveland Toyota by a good friend of mine (who is from Chattanooga), so I found a car I was interested in on their website. Monte' was able to set aside the car until I was able to return the next week to test drive it. When I returned the following week, Monte' and Prestion already had my paperwork completed should I want to purchase the vehicle. I test drove it and immediately wanted to purchase the vehicle. Justin arranged for pick up of my trade in (as it was being worked on at another dealership) so I wouldn't have to drive back to Chattanooga to return the car. Tyler was very helpful, open and honest about warranty and financing and was able to make this purchase happen for me. The entire process took less than three hours and I happily drove back to Nashville in my first brand new car, a 2019 Camry. Everyone was kind, helpful and had wonderful attitudes. I started the process of buying my car from ANOTHER dealership (I won't name) on a Wednesday. No phone calls back until Friday morning. I go in on Saturday and find out the vehicle had been sold. I pick another one that day. I go in on Monday. I'm told the lender's system is down...the entire day. Tuesday evening I decided to go by Toyota of Cleveland. They practically ran to my car to help. Joshua was the fastest. I told Joshua Richards what I thought I could do. He said "No Ma'am, You can do better than that.". And he and Tyler Ratledge made sure I did! I am already in love with my new 2015 Nissan Rogue! it's exactly what I need and even nicer than I thought I could afford! Tyler was great at explaining everything and making sure I got what I needed. They even called me when they said they would (still haven't heard from the other dealership in a week). One of the things that stuck out was they assured me, no one else would get that car. They didn't sell it out from under me. AND they had me in it in less than 24 hrs! Everyone I talked to or hung out with during the process was so friendly. Now my boyfriend is wanting to do a trade in. Guess where we'll be going. I have only purchased Corollas in the past but i loved the look of the 2019 Rav4 so I went by the dealership to test drive one. Russell Bishop was my salesperson and he was GREAT to work with. He answered all of my questions and was straight forward and didn't talk down to me at all. I took my time making a decision but Russell answered every random question that I through at him over the next few weeks. When I finally made the decision to buy the Rav4 they were great through the process and even though it took a while to negotiate everyone was patient (or at least hid their aggravation well). I like to do my research and I tend to know what I want and what I expect and this dealership always meets or exceeds those expectations. *The service department is top notch as well. More

When we entered the Toyota of Cleveland dealership, the 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback caught my eye. When we got out to look at it, a young man by the name of Taylor Alton approached us. In conversation, he mentioned to my husband that he seemed familiar, and he mentioned the Boys and Girls Club, where my oldest son, with some special needs attended. My husband said my son's name and Taylor lit up. Our son was with us and when he saw Taylor, he ran to hug him. That is all I needed to see; we found an honest, caring, friendly, transparent, and truthful person, not just a sales representative. The 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback is now parked in our driveway. More
