Everything was transparent. They all treated me with respect. This time was especially difficult for me and I have been dreading trading in car for several months. You see, my husband of nearly 35 years passed away this past December. I dreaded going to a car lot and trading cars. We had a mini-van that I no longer need and it has sit in the driveway since late last fall, only being driven every once in a while. I had been looking on line and found a sweet 2018 Honda CR-V EX at Toyota Cleveland. I contacted them online to see if available. Bridget contacted me promptly and advised it was. No pressure, no bugging me. I showed up 2 days later (told her I was coming). She put me with Shaq. Shaq was so kind, very knowledgeable and NO BULL. We quickly came to agreement; went to meet with Tyler to do the paper work; no issues there and again, NO BULL. Shaq took up a great deal of time to explain each and every feature of the car; even synced my phone with the car.
