The tech confirmed no work had been done in that time, and just casually asked if I could leave the vehicle overnight. Aside from the battery swap, no work was done on the car.they couldn’t bother to refill the fluids or even do their “multi point inspection.” The quote I received was $30 lower than the actual cost. My favorite part was a quote for $150 for an oil change, on a 2014 Prius. I told Liliana my oil had been changed within the last year and the car not driven, and she insisted that the oil change was necessary. I declined and confirmed with three separate shops that she had been trying to scam me. I will never ever come back to this location unless the battery needs replacement under warranty. More

This dealership has gone downhill since I first started coming here in the 90s. Service advisors know almost nothing about how the cars actually work, so they aren't accurate in their write ups when they i coming here in the 90s. Service advisors know almost nothing about how the cars actually work, so they aren't accurate in their write ups when they intake your car, meaning the mechanic has to rely on their terrible notes to get the issue fixed. Because of this I had to return to the dealership 3 times to finally get my car seen by the master mechanic and speak to him directly. He want a key to fix the issue, but was at least able to identify what was happening. I will drive to elk Grove in the future if my car has to go to a dealership. Maita gets no more money from me. More
