We are also sorry to hear that the expected services, including the multi-point inspection and fluid checks, were not completed. Additionally, we understand your concern regarding the difference between the quoted and final price. We recognize how these issues can leave a customer feeling that the process was neither transparent nor respectful. Regarding the oil change recommendation, we understand why you were uncomfortable with the recommendation based on the information you provided about your vehicle's previous service and limited use. Our goal should always be to clearly explain why a service is being recommended and allow you to make an informed decision without ever feeling pressured. We are particularly concerned that the interaction left you feeling that you were being taken advantage of. That is not the experience we want any customer to have. We take your comments regarding Liliana and your overall experience seriously and will share this feedback with our management team for review. You should not have had to repeatedly return or feel that you needed to speak directly with the technician to have your vehicle's issue understood. We are glad that the master technician was ultimately able to identify what was happening, but we recognize that this does not make up for the time, inconvenience, and frustration you experienced along the way.
