He is a very energetic, well versed Toyota guy who has excellent Customer Service Skills (kinda like the previous 4 Service Advisors). I prefer to deal with the same person each time I come there so that person has a good working knowledge of our individual vehicles. No reply to an email sent to the service manager 2 weeks ago about the installation of wiper blades. I had told technician I personally had replaced front wipes 3 months prior and the rear blade 6 weeks pr ago about the installation of wiper blades.
