It has been almost a year that my car has an oil leak and I am taking my car to the dealership and the dealership keeps charging me hundreds of dollars each time but they do not fix my car. Is there any way I am taking my car to the dealership and the dealership keeps charging me hundreds of dollars each time but they do not fix my car. Is there any way that someone calls me at 209-535-4970 so that I can explain everything to them? This is not right it almost a year now and my care has still an oil leak. More

Hade to have AAA jump my car to start it then came to get a new battery at Maita Battery was 5 years old with 2 years let on a 7 year one. Service advisor said we would get $25.00 off a new one since it di a new battery at Maita Battery was 5 years old with 2 years let on a 7 year one. Service advisor said we would get $25.00 off a new one since it did not last 7 years. After waiting for 3 hours I wet to check on the progress and was told it was still testing and it would be another hour or so. I was not told you would have to test the battery for 4 hours or so before getting a new one. All I wanted was a new battery. I eded up getting as new one without using the warranty and I wasted 4 hours sitting there. Jean Lanham. More

I had to wait for almost an hour for my car to be found when I came to pick up my vehicle from being serviced. I was on lunch break from a zoom class and was late getting back because my vehicle could not when I came to pick up my vehicle from being serviced. I was on lunch break from a zoom class and was late getting back because my vehicle could not be found. After I had been waiting about 20 minutes, a young lady, Kelly?, came and asked to look at my paperwork and went looking. She came back and asked for my paperwork then went in search of my vehicle. After 40 minutes, I went in and asked for the Service Manager. Val went in search as well. I am not sure what happened but I was not happy. I have worked in the industry and understand. It wasn't the drive personnel I was upset with because I know it was beyond their control and they were doing the best they could with what they had. More
