My most recent visits have been especially heartfelt and appreciated!! Alexander (Mr. Bowen respectfully and professionally) began working on my case in 2022. From that time to date, he has advocated for and worked with me throughout (what I feel) was a very unique and, at times, stressful sale. ALWAYS pleasant, ALWAYS available, and ALWAYS willing to support and FINALLY achieved a satisfying outcome. I do not take these reviews lightly-they are important for the customer, the salesperson as well as the dealership. Purchasing a vehicle involves a lot of time, thought and, MONEYy!!!! When the customer walks away feeling satisfied (as I did) -- the salesperson has done their job and Alexander did -- EXCEPTIONALLY WELL!! i KNOW I'M A MEMBER OF THE SARANT FAMILY!!!
