Saturday afternoon I went to buy a Cadillac ct5, when I went in I was greeted by Edwin and he was such a nice guy with great positivity. Then I was assisted by Joseph who was phenomenal! Bill Reale, our salesman, was professional and kept us up to date with our vehicle. However on the day we picked up the car, there were noticeable and annoying indentations on the leather arm rest in rear se to date with our vehicle. Marks that were made by the seat belt almost looked as though they were puncture marks! Not the end of the world but annoying when you’re spending this kind of money! Also, wife just noticed crimp mark in driver side door! More
