It was the easiest lease we ever did. Dina was knowledgeable and professional and answered all our questions. Eli was great throughout my whole buying process and made it very easy. From our first phone call on November 30 to delivery on December 4, 2020 (when we first met in person) he was professional, knowledgea it very easy. From our first phone call on November 30 to delivery on December 4, 2020 (when we first met in person) he was professional, knowledgeable and showed a real diligence in the keeping me informed of updates. He came in with the best price upfront compared to another dealer I spoke with. I was knowledgeable about Cadillac’s as this is my 3rd in 15 years, but Eli ensured I knew about the new developments, even upcoming cars and models (EVs, etc) before I left as part of my on boarding/closing process at Sarant. We did not video chat, but spoke over the phone daily, at my preference, although it was offered. Thank you Eli for all of your help it was very much appreciated and look forward to referring and leasing another car with you. More
