Best customer service! I gave Sarant Cadillac the best rating available because they provided amazing customer service. I had gone to another dealership to purchase my 2019 I gave Sarant Cadillac the best rating available because they provided amazing customer service. I had gone to another dealership to purchase my 2019 XT5 but was not “sold”. But After going to Sarant & spoke with Tom Sabatino I bought it that day! To make the experience even better Bill Dilberti who works in finance explained all of the rebates and made the numbers work for us he actually even filled out the paperwork so that I could get a refund from the warranty for the previous car I turned in ! Bill definitely went above & beyond! The day I picked up my new XT 5 Tommy sat with me for two hours to go over the entire vehicle and also set my IPhone app up , I literally did not have to do a thing! My family and I will tell everyone what a great place so much is to purchase a car! More
