I had a remarkable experience with both of these gentlemen, as they made the vehicle purchasing experience fantastic. I coordinated everything online and via text before arriving from 50 miles away, and as soon as I walked in they escorted me right back to the finance department. Michael in Financing is a phenomenal finance guy, as he was very efficient and exceedingly personable. He shared about himself but not in a way of dominating the conversation or experience and asked me questions that made me feel he genuinely was interested in learning about me as a person which is rare with most finance guys. Victor noticed I didn't know how to operate the vehicle and instead of making me feel uninformed he happily and quickly educated me about how to put it in drive so I could get back to my office. If this dealership wasn't 55 miles away from my house I would always strive to work with them, but, if they ever have a coveted vehicle I desire again I will not hesitate to return and work with the both of them again! Great job gentlemen and thank you for taking such great care of me. More
