I dropped in Princeton Mercedes without an appointment to check on my trunk lid which appeared not to seat correctly. Victor saved the day! No loaner car provided even tho one was promised when my appointment was made. Victor had 2 guys work on y car to get the work done quickly. Loaners should not be promised if they are not available. I purposely made my appt based on the loaner availability, very disappointed when one was not available. I may consider another dealeship when my vehicle needs service next time. I don’t want to risk sitting in your waiting room for hours. More
