Tori was very helpful to recreate the conditions that my problem was happening in. Even with the complaints that I am sure came from her coworkers the next morning! I asked to have my truck returned by 12pm . Kept calling no return call. I finally got a call at 3pm it was ready. I got a long list of problems . They said the muffler was bad.
