Excellent, I live in Arizona and buy my cars from Knauz I purchased a 2018 GLC and 10 minutes after delivery, the module controlling the entire vehicle faulted. I was told it would take 1 to 7 days to get t I purchased a 2018 GLC and 10 minutes after delivery, the module controlling the entire vehicle faulted. I was told it would take 1 to 7 days to get the part from Germany for there wasn’t one in the USA. Strah was instrumental in procuring the part and MB shipped the part overnight and within 1 day my vehicle was up and running. This expeditious service allowed me to maintain my schedule and return to Arizona, and I might add that this all occurred during the Thanksgiving Holiday week.
