The buying process deserves praise, but I'd be remiss to not also point out the post-buying experience, where Tom spent all the time I needed to become familiar and comfortable with the car- answering some questions more than once (the car offers SO MANY options, it was hard to process it all!)- and following up afterward and offering another learning session once I became more familiar with the basics. Those details are what set dealerships and salesmen apart and leave a lasting impression. The service department offers vehicle pickup- need I say more!?!?
