Vincent was fantastic! I was from out of state and did not purchase my car from that dealership yet they treated me like I just bought the most expensive one on the lot. I I was from out of state and did not purchase my car from that dealership yet they treated me like I just bought the most expensive one on the lot. I was traveling through and got a flat tire and they took me right in kept in contact with me And let me know what was going on every step of the way. They were so good. In fact I may drive from Massachusetts to purchase my next BMW from them! More

Super efficient service from scheduling to arrival and through to completion. The dealership is in the midst of a major renovation, but despite this, the process was seamless and very professional!
