I purchased my 2021 Mach E GT X from Dana Ford about a year ago. Car is awesome. I had to bring it in for a 10,000 mi check up and was in and out in about an hour. Awesome! I was advised by my service adv year ago. Car is awesome. I had to bring it in for a 10,000 mi check up and was in and out in about an hour. Awesome! I was advised by my service advisor Neil that the car was also due to an extensive UPGRADE download on the Cloud drive. I had to reschedule since this download was about 5 hrs long of actual computer stuff. I rescheduled for 2 weeks later since i needed a loaner car ( which is almost impossible) but the manager made it happen, Extremely happy with the car and the service. Kudous to the owner for making good hiring decisions More
