I Love Lexus of N Miami... always on point!!! Lexus of North Miami customer services are always on point! I live in another county but would drive the extra mile just to get the service, skill & Lexus of North Miami customer services are always on point! I live in another county but would drive the extra mile just to get the service, skill & professionalism that Lexus of N Miami gives me. I absolutely love my Lexus and Lexus of N Miami keeps me coming back for more. My most recent visit was at their collision center. Just a few minutes after driving into the garage & waiting for my adjuster to finish w/ another client the manager of the collision center at Lexus of N Miami( tall black male) approached my damaged vehicle and asked if I was alright and if I was being taken care of. As I expressed my concerns he immediately assures me not to worry that I will be taken cared of... he spoke to a few reps and before I knew it my car had been taken to the back and I was in a rental vehicle driving away. My car was repaired in a smooth and timely manner not to cause me to go over my rental budget; and to top it off everyone there worked as a team with my insurance company to keep me informed of all repairs etc. Just a few weeks, I am driving my car again & it runs like new. I live in Pembroke Pines but I am never disappointed for driving the extra mile to come to my most favorite Lexus dealer. Because of Lexus of Miami Customer Services several of my family members also drive a Lexus😁 More

Crem de la crem Literally the best of the best! I was in quite a few dealerships before coming to the Lexus of North Miami. Was pretty frustrated at that point. Could Literally the best of the best!
