And Nice Friendly People.. He Brags About The No Pressure Sales..And Large Inventory.Finance Dept,Super Nice. And They Definitely Service What They Sell. So After Him In My Ear For Years, I Finally Said I'm Gonna Call His Bluff! So Sunday I Was Bored It Was Raining Out. Great Day To Car Shop!! So Off We Went To Elmwood. In E.P. He Keeps Bragging About The Jeep He Bought There Last Year And Loves It. As We Arrived, 1 He was Right No One Ran To Greet Us At The Car. We Looked Around The Lot And I Had Seen Some Appealing Vehicles.I asked Is Anyone Work Here. He Told Me Lets Go Inside. Wow Several Busy Sales People. And The Ones He Has Dealt With before Were Busy With Customers.Then We Were Looking At The Cars On The Show Floor.. Then A Very Polite Man Introduced Him Self.He said Hey Tony Back Again? I Said No But My Friend Here Is Looking. He Made His Introduction, Hi Cheryl, My Name Is Sherman Jones. I'm Here To Help With Any Questions Or Concerns, You May Have..Well Today Is Your Lucky Day Because I'm One Of The Seasoned Salesman..He Didn't Warn Me I Had A Smoozer. So We Went Into His Office, So We Could Get To Know Each Other.He Wanted To Take Care Of My Vehicle Needs, So He Wrote Down What I Told Him My Interests Were.I Said At First I Was Interested In The Renegade.He Went And Brought One To The Door, He Went Over It In Detail.We Went Back To Work Some Magic As He Called It! He Looked At Me And Said He'd Like To Show Me Something I'd Be Much More Interested In. Because It Was Slightly Bigger. But Many More Incentives,and More Than Well Equipped. I Agreed He Went And Brought A Metallic Grey Jeep Compass Latitude To The Door.I Got In It And Said I Love It. Know Whats The Catch? Sherman Said No Catch,I'm Gonna Show You Why I'm The Senior Sales Advisor, Sherman Jones, I Think I Already Mentioned My Name.But Tell Your Friends and Family. Please Step in My Office. He Showed Me All The Incentives On The Compass,And I Looked At Anthony.He Just Nodded! No Brainer. But You Make The Final Decision. Then Sherman Asked What Do You Think Of The Those Figures After All Said And Done!! It's The Best I Can Do..You Got All The Rebates.. I Said To Sherman, Lets Do This It Fits Well In My Budget,That Was Key!! He Was Listening When I Said Tony My Budget! Not To Worry Cheryl I'll Take Of That,And Keep Your FInance's In Line..So We signed Almost All The Papers. He Said Give Us One Day We'll Have Everything Ready For You And A Full Tank Of Gas! So We Went back Last Night Met Sherman At Six Like We Agreed. He Went Over My Insurance Change With Co.And A Few More Things To Sign.Then Over To Finance,Noel Walked In With All Paperwork In Hand. He Was Fast And Good! He asked If I Agree On Everything Stated,I said Yes. He Said Sign. That Was It. He Was Also A Pro At Finances..Then Sherman Walked Me Through The Jeep Again, Any Questions He Had Answers. We Were Done.. Tony Was Right I Didn't Waist Some Crazy Amount Of Time,Like I Have In The Past. I Thanked Sherman Again, He Gave Me A Big Hug No Handshake. He Said He Really Liked Doing Business With Her. It Was His Pleasure!! I Would Highly Recommend Elmwood Dodge,Chrysler, Jeep,Ram.. It Certainly Was A Great Deal. And I Liked The Respect Of My Time. Thanks, CHERYL PEL More

Wayne exemplifies this. Wayne took the time to locate exactly what my wife was looking for and was an absolute gentleman in the process. I can't recommend him enough. Sales Managers, Ben Sciaron and Mark Watters, were more than fair in giving us a fantastic trade in price without the typical back and forth haggling. We asked for a certain price on our trade in and we received it. Thank you. Noel Tavarez, the Finance Manager, finished the transaction and got my wife a great bank rate. There were no surprises from the beginning to end. We've done alot of business with other dealerships and when it comes to the financials, there's always a "You're approved but..." This doesn't happen at Elmwood! If anything, Noel, did the exact opposite. He got us an even lower than expected rate for financing. If you are looking for Jeep or Dodge product, do yourself a favor and same your time. Go to Elmwood first. In a few years, our third Jeep will be bought here too. More

It was difficult for me because the car I was still driving was a Jeep Grand Cherokee, the same Jeep, I had purchased brand new in 1996..it has 239,000 miles on it!! Wayne was very helpful, knowledgeable, walked me though the process, and has a very calm, no pressure demeanor. This was the second Jeep purchase in our family that Wayne helped with. Vincent Asermley, their accountant, was professional, kind, helpful and courteous too! A very positive experience. More
