Jared and the team were not high-pressure and did not play tactics about 'only talking about monthly payment'. Jared and Wayne did not meet the exact price i wanted but my wife and I purchased anyways. Vinny did financing and did not meet the % target i wanted but we purchased anyways. After i requested it, Vinny did not make me listen to 1-hr of add-one packages, which i appreciated. The license plates took a little longer then i preferred, we passed the expiration date for the temporaries, and i had to come in an extra time to sign the paperwork due to confusion. These complaints are minor. I mainly wished i personally pushed harder on price and financing %. More

The service department was so helpful in repairing my vehicle. When it was no longer worth repairing my vehicle, the staff encouraged me look for a new vehicle. I was very attached to my Charger and didn’t think I could find another vehicle I would like as much. I was introduced to the Chrysler 300 when my car was being repaired and I needed a rental. I fell in love with the vehicle and ended up buying one. EVERYONE at this dealship is helpful and customer focused. I’ve had the best experience with the staff in the service department especially Jim and Scott. Wayne made the process of buying my new car easy and painless, Dennis found the exact vehicle I was lookin for, and Vinny was so helpful with the financing. Elmwood Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is an EXCELLENT dealership that I will return to and refer friends and family to as well. More

EXCELLENT I searched numerous websites looking for the right car at the right price. I ended up traveling 120 miles from New Hampshire to Rhode Island. Once I g I searched numerous websites looking for the right car at the right price. I ended up traveling 120 miles from New Hampshire to Rhode Island. Once I got there I met Wayne Bland, the salesman, and did not know what surprises I would encounter. Wayne was thoughtful, friendly and helpful. He did not try to over sell me or bait and switch. He was compatible with all my interests, understood my needs and was very easy to work with closing the deal. After the deal was agreed upon I drove back to New Hampshire with the expectation to pick up the car early the following week. When I got there the following Monday, the car was prepped and ready to go with NO complications. In addition, Wayne knew that I had to drive it 120 miles for the first time on a rainy day. Initially there was only a 1/4 tank of gas in the car but Wayne made sure I had had more than enough gas to make it home. That was above and beyond what an salesman needed to do AFTER the deal had been consummated. I would recommend this dealership and specifically Wayne Bland to anyone care shopping. More

Third TImes A Charm I'll be back! Jared, Marcio, Wayne, finance Vinnie. I went to 3 Jeep dealers started at Grieco. There useless and inexperienced what a turnover! Then I'll be back! Then BaldHill the old get you in there we've got a deal, that's a Crock. Then Elmwood Jeep, what a breath of fresh air.. I walked in ran into Jared very nice to talk to a person who doesn't talk Bull very knowledgeable about the product I was interested in, needless to say I bought a 2018 jeep compass, and what a deal we negotiated, I recommend Jared, his colleagues and Elmwood to anyone. No Bull just straight up a honest Talk. I made some good friends. And I've been buying for 40yrs. And this is the Best experience I ever had, and also a fun time..
