Summit Place Really Goes Above and Beyond! I went to Summit Place Kia (Auburn hills) because they advertise helping people that are over miles in their lease. After driving over an hour to get there, I’m glad to say they make good on their ads. They were able to get me exactly the car I wanted (a Kia Sorento) within my budget, while also allowing me to terminate my current non Kia lease (a year early) without having to pay an exorbitant amount. Bryan C was a fantastic salesman. Extremely nice, patient, and customer friendly. I test drove three vehicles before deciding which was right for me, and Bryan was happy to get each vehicle. I also appreciated that the prices presented were very fair, and that no games were played. Even more, with above average but not excellent credit, Summit Place Kia got me a fantastic loan rate. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely visit them again in the future. I also recommend them to anyone looking for a fair deal. Thanks again Summit Place Kia! More

Commenting that "you don't want to see because I know you won't like it" is not acceptable. But this was not a deal breaker in my situation. I am pleased with my car. More

Perfect new car buying experience from start to finish. We had already preselected the Telluride that fit our needs. Summit Place Kia had an exact match, so within 20 minutes, the internet salesman, Will, We had already preselected the Telluride that fit our needs. Summit Place Kia had an exact match, so within 20 minutes, the internet salesman, Will, and I had reached an agreed upon price. Will called me back shortly to say their finance department found an even better incentive for us. We drove across the state to pick it up same day and Will stayed late with us to sign the papers. There was no-pressure sales and we picked up gap insurance per Will's recommendation; still happy with that decision. While it was already after closing, we mentioned Kia gave us a Founder's Series code and Will perked up; he reopened the finance department and was able to find a way to wave our first month's payment using the code. An hour after close (10pm), Will gave us a very patient course on the features of our new vehicle. I never felt like he was in a rush to get home. A week later, we discovered that add-on tow packages are not yet available at the dealerships... Will went to bat for us and put us on a short list for when they become available in the first week of April. The work of a salesman does not end at the time of sale - Summit Place Kia and Will Leger work by that mantra. More
