I was suggested to change a tire and pay $300+ when I could actually pay $25 to fix it, which I did. Shame on you guys! You never miss an opportunity. You scammed me on rotors and had me pay $1500 to cha could actually pay $25 to fix it, which I did. Shame on you guys! You never miss an opportunity. You scammed me on rotors and had me pay $1500 to change all rotors (with brakes) within the first 5 year of purchase of a brand-new car. Shame on you guys! you don't miss any opportunity to s..w customers over. Bye for ever!! More

Came in July 27th, 2022 for state inspection. Inspection failed as front and back brakes and rotors had to be replaced. Mind you I came in May 19th, 2022 expressing concerns with my breaking syst Inspection failed as front and back brakes and rotors had to be replaced. Mind you I came in May 19th, 2022 expressing concerns with my breaking system. Was told then that the brakes and rotors were good and that my vehicle had a recall on a brake pump. The pump was supposedly replaced. Service advisor from my July appointment did not follow through as promised. Had to leave car at dealership as the parts were not available and was told vehicle would be ready July 28th. Advised that I am a flight attendant I would be out of town July 28th-30th and can pick up the vehicle Sunday, July 31st. Advisor said he would call on the 28th to collect payment and vehicle would be left out front and keys would be left with sales as the service dept would closed. Came to pick up my car and waited an hour because keys was not left with sales and my car had to be looked for. Poor service, corrupted dealership. More
