Had to replace a damaged tire and elected to replace them all. Charles advised me to wait until he checked them for wear. He then called me and advised against replacing the other three as he determined that there was plenty of wear left. Most other dealer service departments would have simply replaced them all. In short, he had the customers best interest in mind and saved me a lot of money. More
