I was greeted by William Fanning and David Truitt, who Our 2015 Buick Encore was due routine maintenance, so I scheduled the service and took it in. I was greeted by William Fanning and David Truitt, who got me signed-in and comfortably situated in the Waiting Room. Before I knew it, the car was serviced, and Mr Truitt explianed all the work that had been performed while Mr Fanning got me checked-out quickly. We always bring our two Buicks to Master Buick/GMC where we know we will be treated with courtesy and the service will be done right and professionally. More

This dealership has the most cou I was previously having my car serviced at a well-known Chevrolet dealership in Augusta, Georgia and was not happy. This dealership has the most courteous and excellent service technicians who are more than happy to discuss any and all problems with you over the phone. I saw David Truitt when I first went to the dealership and since this was my first visit everything was explained to me up front and was handled very professionally. He called me the following morning and explained the repair and told me exactly when it would be ready. I could not have been more satisfied. They even provide a service to take you to work and pick you up in the afternoon (what a service oriented dealership). David explained it well...."the dealership sells you your first car...the service department sells you your next car." So true. Without good service you are not likely to return to the dealership. Thank you David and Phillip Towns, Service Director, for a awesome experience. More

Service Outstanding service as usual, Honesty and integrity were evident in my dealings with Charles and others. Had to replace a damaged tire and elected to replace them all. Charles advised me to wait until he checked them for wear. He then called me and advised against replacing the other three as he determined that there was plenty of wear left. Most other dealer service departments would have simply replaced them all. In short, he had the customers best interest in mind and saved me a lot of money. More
