Before I knew it, the car was serviced, and Mr Truitt explianed all the work that had been performed while Mr Fanning got me checked-out quickly. This dealership has the most courteous and excellent service technicians who are more than happy to discuss any and all problems with you over the phone. I saw David Truitt when I first went to the dealership and since this was my first visit everything was explained to me up front and was handled very professionally. He called me the following morning and explained the repair and told me exactly when it would be ready. I could not have been more satisfied. They even provide a service to take you to work and pick you up in the afternoon (what a service oriented dealership). David explained it well...."the dealership sells you your first car...the service department sells you your next car." So true. Without good service you are not likely to return to the dealership. Thank you David and Phillip Towns, Service Director, for a awesome experience. More

He then called me and advised against replacing the other three as he determined that there was plenty of wear left. Most other dealer service departments would have simply replaced them all. In short, he had the customers best interest in mind and saved me a lot of money. More
