Just bought my 3rd bmw and the first from Ferman though all my cars are serviced by Ferman. This was the easiest and smoothest car buying process that I have gone through. All the staff were excellent and all my cars are serviced by Ferman. This was the easiest and smoothest car buying process that I have gone through. All the staff were excellent and lways welcoming. My client advisor William Patti was exceptional, took his time, answered all the questions never pushy and very welcoming. Even let me drive the car home alone to show my wife and in itself was a relaxed test drive for me. In tge service dept. Ceasar is always on top of everything and never recommends unnecessary repairs. Can't say enough other than kudos and great team work. More

Willy made our whole car buying experience so much fun. ..which is a sentence I have never typed before. I also have never kept a car salesman's number in my contacts...but I saved Willy.
