Customer Service in the Service Department and the management are horrible. They make up stories of why your vehicle was not ready, they try to talk down to you. Nothing but liars and all they care ab management are horrible. They make up stories of why your vehicle was not ready, they try to talk down to you. This is my second new car with Jannell Ford. I can’t say enough about Dan my salesman, the owner and the finance guy there. Both Jannell’s service and sales departments have always been so good to me! The owners are present and involved daily.
