I would rather do almost anything else than buy a vehicle from a dealership, but I quite enjoyed my experience at Ferman CJDR of NPR. Will Virella, our salesman was great; knowledgeable, professional, polite, and more importantly, not pushy. The dealership was very clean and I loved that they had a variety of snacks and drinks for their customers. We brought our small dog with us and were very pleased that she was welcomed and the receptionist at the front desk had treats for dogs! The financial representative, Scott, who worked out the loan details was very nice and informative as well. I am very happy I chose my new car and Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM of New Port Richey. It was nice not to have a no-pressure experience so I will definitely return for future cars. More
