A Stellar Service Experience I recently had the pleasure of visiting Handy Toyota's service center for a routine oil change and tire rotation. From the moment I pulled into the bay, I was impressed by the f of visiting Handy Toyota's service center for a routine oil change and tire rotation. From the moment I pulled into the bay, I was impressed by the friendly and professional demeanor of the staff. The service advisor, Jason, was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain the recommended services and answer all of my questions. The service was completed promptly, and I was kept informed throughout the process. When my vehicle was ready, I was provided with a detailed breakdown of the services performed and the total cost. I was pleasantly surprised by the competitive pricing and the overall quality of the work. I've been a loyal customer of Handy Auto for a year, and their service center has always exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and affordable automotive maintenance. More

As far as the dealership goes that’s still unknown as I just moved into the area. However I was directed to Jacob who didn’t disappoint at all. I was very pleased with the service representative and the knowledge he exhibited even though I did not have a Toyota. With a special shout out to Lee Bodette as well. These gentleman got me out of an extremely bad way with a car that was costing me thousands in the first year I bought it. I am incredibly pleased wi These gentleman got me out of an extremely bad way with a car that was costing me thousands in the first year I bought it. I am incredibly pleased with my RAV4 so far, as well as looking forward to having a true warranty that will actually protect me. If the worst happens, I was offered Gap as well unlike my last purchase. They worked very hard with capital one, handling set backs and readjustments with professionalism. I fully believe they accommodated me to the absolute best of their abilities to fix my situation, truly making peanuts on such effort compared to other traditional car buyers. Errol took fantastic care of me on the Rental side. I have had 4 cars with him and not a single one or experience wasn't smooth as silk. Man is efficient and good at what he does. Lastly, William is professional, intelligent, and has excellent customer service that makes you feel like you're truly talking with another human being trying to help you with what he happens to specialize in as opposed to just hanging you a invoice and talking you into spending more than necessary.
